Ceremonija dodjele 81. Zlatnih globusa održat će se 7. siječnja, a danas su objavljene i službene nominacije. Podsjetimo, Zlatni globusi prva je značajnija dodjela u sezoni nagrada, a nagrađuje filmska i televizijska ostvarenja. Kroz godine je dodjela postala skoro i jednako popularna kao i Oscari, a nije ni rijetkost da oni filmovi koji osvoje Zlatni globus, osvoje i najvažniji zlatni kipić u showbiznisu. Ove godine, HFPA (Hollywood Foreign Press Association, tijelo koje odabire nominacije i pobjednike), uveo je dvije nove kategorije – kinematografsko i box office postignuće te najbolji stand-up komičar na televiziji.
Kod nominacija su se našla i neka iznenađenja i neki očiti izbori. U nastavku članka donosimo cijelu listu nominacija.

U najbitnijoj kategoriji najboljeg filma, ove godine su se našla čak tri filma ne na engleskom jeziku. Riječ je o uspješnici Anatomy of a Fall koji je osvojio Zlatnu palmu u Cannesu kao i europskog Oscara, Past Lives, korejskom filmu u kojem se dijelom ipak govori engleski te ratnom filmu The Zone of Interest.

U drugoj kategoriji najboljeg filma, iznenađuje Air, film s početka godine o tome kako je došlo do legendarne suradnje Nikea i Michaela Jordana, ali i May December. Njega smo definitivno očekivali u nominacijama, no film je vrlo očito drama, stoga čudi zašto se našao u kategoriji mjuzikla ili komedije. Ono što nas veseli je što je HFPA priznala odlični The Holdovers.

Ipak, mislimo kako će borba za Zlatni globus u ovoj kategoriji ipak biti između Margot Robbie i Emme Stone.
